Best 3 Wheel Pushchairs
All-terrain pushchair that provides light weight and excellent maneuverability. Its compact one-hand fold means it's lightweight and is freestanding when folded. The padded seat reclines to a near-flat position and there's a giant storage bin and canopy. Newborn suitability? Yes, with an additional carrycot.
Good suspension and air-filled tyres can handle rough terrain. It's also suitable for jogging, although you must wait until your baby is six or nine months old before doing this.
Ickle Bubba XL Air
This pushchair from Ickle Bubba is an excellent option for parents looking for lightweight strollers with added features. It comes as an all-in-one travel system that includes a lie-flat carrycot for infants, a movable forward and rear facing pushchair seat, and a choice of a car seat, so you can get everything in one package.
The XL Air is a really impressive vehicle and it's easy to understand why it has received such high praise from customers. It's extremely light - the wheels and chassis weigh just 6.5kg and it's extremely simple to build. I was able get it up and running in just five minutes. That's remarkable considering it also includes the ability to attach fabric to the carrycot.
3 wheel compact stroller is large and comfortable for Annie, who is 12 months old. The recline lever was simple to operate. The basket is spacious with plenty of space and I am impressed that the handle bar comes with pockets to keep your phone and keys safe.
The handlebar is low, which could be an issue for parents who are taller. However, it's coated in a lovely leather-like material that is soft and comfy and wipes down easily, meaning it's still easy to push even with bags and children on your hands!
Hauck Pushchair Runner

The Runner is made for sporty parents who are eager to go outside and explore. Its large pneumatic wheels are designed to be used on field and forest paths, and the front wheel can be swivelled and locked for extra versatility. The stroller also comes with 5-point safety harness with an adjustable front bar that will keep your child safe on every trip. The parking brake will keep the stroller on its feet as you take a break. The seat can be adjusted to lay down and the canopy can be opened for maximum air circulation during hot days. The handle can be height-adjusted by more than 30 cm to accommodate dad or mum's heights.
The Runner will accompany you on your next adventure, whether it's a quick walk, a longer hike or a long-distance trek. It has a fully-flat lay-flat seat and suspension air wheels for smooth and comfortable riding. The front wheel can be locked to provide more stability on narrow streets or overcrowded sidewalks. The stroller can also be folded up to fit into car boot spaces and storage spaces.
The Runner 2 is a bit more difficult to navigate for some parents than its predecessor. Also the locking system (requiring two buttons either on either side of the handlebar) is less user-friendly. The handlebars are higher than those of some competitors, and therefore may not be suitable for shorter parents. However, this stroller is sturdy and adaptable and should be considered by families with active children.
Red Kite Push Me pacing
The Pace is another great offering from Red Kite, an affordable British brand that is known for its easy-to-use and simple essentials for parenting. It's the most recent - and priciest - version of their bargain light stroller collection. It's also, like the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo, is car seat adaptable so that you can use it from the beginning (the carrycot folds away).
The new Pace has some amazing design touches such as a rose gold tint to the hood, chassis and stroller trims that really set it apart from its competitors. The car seat and stroller fabrics are fashionable in grey, tan, and cream. You can also add handles made of leather and a bumper bar to complement.
The stroller seat is used from birth up to 22kg. It easily converts to a two-in-one reversible position, either facing the parent or facing the world. The stroller seat comes with multiple lie-back positions, comfortable padded leg rests and has an extended sun canopy that has concealed zip sections, viewing transparent flaps, and an retractable sun visor.
When folded, the Pace measures 56 33cm x 43cm x 32cm which makes it suitable for hand luggage on Easyjet and Ryanair. Two buttons on each side are easy to utilize and press to lock it in place.
Bugaboo Fox 5
The idea behind it is to create the ultimate all-terrain stroller, Bugaboo's latest Fox 5 promises to do it all. Its unique chassis, which has a shorter wheel-distance makes it more maneuverable than its predecessor. I tried it out with my two kids eight weeks old and a toddler - on rocky pavements, grassy wooded walks and even cobblestones.
The large puncture-proof wheels, which measure either 22cm or a bit larger are able to handle a variety of terrains. They also come with a handy flap that can open or closes to allow more air in if you need it, which is a nice touch. It's a bit bigger than some pushchairs but doesn't feel heavy or bulky when you push it over bumpy surfaces.
The fabric of the seat can be machine washed and the faux leather frame and grips are easy to clean. It's also much quieter than many pushchairs and I felt safe using it on busy city streets. Another benefit is that it has integrated accessory points, meaning you can add footmuffs, parasols, changing bags, and even a tray for snacks. The hood can be used to block rain and wind, but it's not waterproof. The single pram can be fitted with the Comfort Wheeled Board (not included), which gives your child more legroom. The bassinet took 20 minutes to set up and a similar time to convert it into a seat.
UPPAbaby Ridge
Whether you enjoy running in the morning cool air or a moonlit stroll under the stars, the UPPAbaby Ridge makes every moment a memorable one. This all-terrain stroller is designed to keep you and your child active.

The large basket can accommodate all your essentials and market purchases, while the massive canopy offers protection from the sun and wind. The canopy's large front opens to reveal two peekaboo windows that make it simple to observe your baby's surroundings.
The Ridge's reversible seat lets you to decide if your child is facing you or the world that lies ahead and its simple foot brake system is a breeze for parents who are new. The reversible handlebar on the back is a fantastic feature that lets you adjust it according to your height. The Ridge's fold, in contrast to many jogging strollers is reliable and self-standing when folded.

iCandy's new pushchair is truly innovative, with lots of features that are really going to wow parents. It has a Multi-Mode Wheelbase and a pioneering LED Visibility Hub Light, which is a first for the industry. It features an integrated Ride-on Board which helps save on future costs, and allows tired toddlers to accompany their parents when they go on excursions.

It was amazing how quickly it folded and collapsed, even with the seat unit attached. It is also easy to fit into the boot or hallway, making it perfect to travel with. The iCandy Core comes with lots of additional accessories, including a colour matching changing rucksack and footmuff/liner.
